Role Description The WMS Specialist will manage and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) configurations, workflows, and integrations to support day-to-day warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving WMS-related issues, coordinating with operations teams to understand requirements, and translating them into effective system setups. The role involves creating and maintaining user documentation, training warehouse staff on WMS usage, and supporting inventory accuracy, order processing, and reporting.



The WMS Specialist will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement enhancements, test new features, and ensure data integrity across systems.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mira Bhayandar.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management System (WMS) skills, including configuration, workflow setup, and user administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting to identify process gaps and system issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, user training, and cross-functional communication with operations and IT teams.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with ERP integration, barcode/RFID technologies, and basic SQL or database concepts.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced in office environment.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
