Role Description The WIND TURBINE LATTICE STRUCTURE ERECTION TRAINER will deliver technical training on the erection, assembly, and inspection of wind turbine lattice structures, following industry safety and quality standards. This in office role, based in Andhra Pradesh, India, involves conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, and demonstrating proper tools, equipment use, and field procedures. The trainer will guide learners through site preparation, structural alignment, bolting and fastening techniques, rigging and lifting operations, and basic troubleshooting during erection activities.

Responsibilities include assessing learner performance,



providing constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and industry partners to keep course content aligned with evolving technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Technical expertise in wind turbine structures, preferably lattice or similar steel structures, with hands-on experience in erection, assembly, and installation.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to working at heights, rigging and lifting operations, use of PPE, and construction site safety.
- Experience in technical training or instruction, including the ability to design curricula, develop training materials, and deliver both classroom and practical sessions.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, structural layouts, and installation manuals, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to teach diverse learner groups, provide clear demonstrations, and offer constructive feedback.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajasthan, India, including willingness to spend significant time at training grounds, workshops, and simulated erection sites.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering discipline; industry certifications in wind energy, construction, or safety (e.g., OSHA, GWO) are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to evolving technologies, and commitment to learner-centered, inclusive teaching practices.
