WE’RE HIRING | Studio & Workshop Coordinator

Moonlight Films & Theatre Studio is looking for an energetic and responsible Studio & Workshop Coordinator for our centre in East of Kailash, New Delhi.

The role involves coordinating our short-term workshops and managing day-to-day enquiries and bookings for our creative spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate short-term acting, theatre, media, RJ, podcasting and related workshops
- Provide basic course/workshop information to prospective participants and handle enquiries
- Coordinate registrations and workshop schedules
- Manage bookings for rehearsal spaces, podcast studios and other studio facilities
- Handle enquiries related to studio equipment and available facilities
- Maintain booking schedules and coordinate with trainers, participants and clients
- Ensure studios and equipment are ready before scheduled sessions
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre




- Follow up with workshop and studio rental enquiries through phone and WhatsApp

Who We’re Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English
- Organised, responsible and comfortable dealing with clients
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and social media skills
- Interest or experience in theatre, media, events, education or studio operations would be an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply
