Role Description The Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power solutions, IT systems, and associated hardware and software. Daily responsibilities include providing timely technical and customer support, installing and configuring equipment, monitoring system performance, and escalating complex issues when required.

The Support

Engineer will document incidents,



maintain service logs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves guiding customers on proper product usage, preventive maintenance, and best practices to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

- Robust troubleshooting and technical support skills for hardware, software, and networked systems.
- Customer support and customer service capabilities, with a focus on clear communication and issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of operating systems and basic IT infrastructure components.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in support roles for UPS, power solutions, IT systems, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site.
- Willingness to visit client locations within Ahmedabad and nearby regions as needed.
