I’m hiring a dedicated marketplace advertising professional to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for Ledure Lightings Limited.

? This is an Ads/PPC-only role—not a general e-commerce management or operations role. Your focus will be on campaign execution, optimisation, advertising performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently set up, manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, including Auto and Manual campaigns, keyword targeting and product targeting.
- Manage and optimise Flipkart advertising campaigns and support Quick Commerce advertising, as applicable.
- Conduct keyword research, analyse Search Term Reports, harvest relevant keywords and implement negative targeting.
- Optimise bids, advertising budgets and placements to improve campaign performance and spending efficiency.
- Track and analyse ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR and ad-attributed sales, with campaign-, ASIN- and portfolio-level insights.
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and reduce wasted spend on underperforming targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly advertising performance reports, with clear findings, actions taken and next steps.

What This Role Does Not Include

Product listing or catalogue management, inventory management, order processing,



dispatch coordination, billing, account reconciliation, customer support or general seller-account operations.

The responsibility is marketplace advertising—not end-to-end marketplace management.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketplace Ads/PPC experience, with direct responsibility for managing campaigns—not just coordinating with an agency.
- Robust practical knowledge of Amazon Ads is mandatory. Flipkart Ads experience is preferred; Quick Commerce Ads experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently identify performance issues and take optimisation decisions.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and advertising reports. Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Pi, SellerMate or similar tools is an advantage.
