Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder and Fitter role based in Khed. The role involves performing various welding tasks, including preparing and joining metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, fitting and aligning structures, inspecting materials and completed welds, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards.

The Welder and Fitter will collaborate with supervisors and other team members to complete fabrication,



installation, and maintenance tasks on time. Adherence to company safety procedures, proper use of protective equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area are essential.

Qualifications

- Solid welding capabilities, including Welding, Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding skills.
- Knowledge of Materials, including properties of metals and appropriate welding techniques for each.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
- Experience with welding equipment setup, maintenance, and safe operation.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and use of personal protective equipment.
- Previous experience as a Welder and Fitter in an industrial or fabrication environment preferred.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in welding or fabrication is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions, and meet production deadlines.
