Job Summary

We are looking for a Website Maintenance, WordPress & SEO Executive responsible for maintaining company websites, managing WordPress updates, improving Google search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating qualified leads.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of website maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of WordPress administration, themes, plugins, page builders, and forms.
- Experience with Google-ranking strategies and search engine optimization.
- Knowledge of on-page,



off-page, local, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, databases, hosting, and DNS.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization, caching, CDN, SSL, backups, and security.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in website maintenance, WordPress, and SEO.
- Experience improving Google rankings for competitive keywords.
- Experience managing business, software, or product websites.
- Relevant WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads certification is an advantage.

- Timely completion of website, WordPress, theme, and plugin updates.
- Reduction in broken links, website errors, and unresolved issues.
- Improvement in Google rankings for targeted keywords.
- Number of targeted keywords appearing on Google’s first page.
- Growth in organic traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Improvement in website speed and Google Core Web Vitals.
- Reduction in indexing errors and technical SEO issues.
- Accuracy and timeliness of maintenance and SEO reports.

Employment Type: Contract-based (Open for Full-time depending on experience)

Compensation: 15,000 - 25,000/- per month
