About the RoleWe’re looking for a Web Developer who can turn designs into high-performing, responsive websites—while understanding how those websites contribute to marketing and conversions.

This is not just a development role. You should be able to think from a user and performance perspective, not just code.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert Figma designs into fully functional websites
- Build and manage websites using:
- WordPress (mandatory)
- Shopify / Webflow / Wix (as required)
- Ensure responsive design across devices
- Optimize websites for speed and performance
- Implement basic SEO structure (meta tags, headings, etc.)
- Integrate:
- Forms
- Meta & Google pixels
- Third-party tools
- Handle revisions and improvements based on feedback

What Success Looks Like

- Clean, responsive, and bug-free websites
- Fast-loading pages with strong performance scores
- Accurate execution of design and layout
- Websites that are structured for lead generation and conversions
- Minimal dependency on founder for technical decisions

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in web development
- Hands-on experience with:
- WordPress (mandatory)




- Shopify / Webflow (preferred)
- Experience working on live client websites
- Ability to convert designs into working websites

Technical Skills (Must Have)

- Strong working knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- PHP (for WordPress customization)
- Experience with:
- Theme customization
- Plugin integration
- Ability to debug and solve issues independently

Technical Skills (Positive to Have)

- Experience with:
- Full-stack frameworks (e.g., MERN stack)
- Familiarity with:
- APIs and integrations
- Git / version control

Must Have (Practical Skills)

- Understanding of website speed optimization
- Experience integrating tracking (Meta Pixel, Google tags)
- Basic understanding of landing pages & conversion optimization
