Role Description The Web Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and integrating back-end services, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to deliver cohesive digital experiences, as well as troubleshooting issues, performing code reviews, and maintaining clean,



well-documented code.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Mangalagiri, requiring regular coordination with the in-house team and participation in project planning and delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create user-friendly, visually consistent interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to build secure, scalable, and efficient server-side functionality.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to integrate front-end and back-end components and manage end-to-end project execution.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar) and version control tools.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Experience with responsive design, UI/UX principles, and performance optimization is an advantage.
