- understand how to build websites from scratch
- can work efficiently using templates and structured systems
- are comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and productivity ? This role is focused on execution, speed, and consistency ? Key Responsibilities - Build and customize websites using:
- WordPress (preferred)
- Elementor / similar builders
- Webflow (optional)
- Work on complete websites:
- homepage
- inner pages
- forms and basic integrations
- Customize templates based on client requirements
- Ensure websites are:
- mobile responsive
- fast loading
- error-free
- Fix bugs and handle minor changes independently
- Follow internal SOPs and delivery timelines ⚙️ Performance Expectations (VERY SIGNIFICANT) ? This is a high-performance execution role - Target: ~1 complete website per working day (after initial training period)
- Weekly output: 5–6 websites
- Monthly output: 20–25 websites ? This is achievable through:
- structured workflows
- pre-defined templates
- AI-assisted development ?️ Required Skills (MUST HAVE) - Experience building websites from scratch (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of:
- HTML
- CSS
- Basic knowledge of:
- JavaScript
