Job Title: Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.

- Analyze delays, identify critical paths, and propose corrective actions.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with timelines.

- Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.

- Forecast resource and material requirements for projects.

- Conduct risk analysis and assist in contingency planning.

- Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.

- Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning.

- Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

- 3–6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.

- Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).

- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience in EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
