Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Solar Rooftop solutions in both B2C and B2B markets.

- Drive lead generation campaigns through digital, offline, and on-ground channels.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Build and manage branding and promotional activities to increase market presence.

- Collaborate with the sales team to design sales enablement tools and presentations.

- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media presence.

- Plan and execute events, exhibitions,



and roadshows to promote solar rooftop products.

- Prepare and monitor marketing budgets ensuring ROI-driven campaigns.

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.

- Establish strategic partnerships with vendors, agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in Renewable Energy / Solar / Power sector.

- Robust knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation techniques.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to handle both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
