Job Title: Billing Executive – Jewellery Store

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Sales / Accounts / Front Office

Reports To: Store Manager / Accounts Head

Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate accurate bills and invoices for jewellery purchases using billing software or POS system.

- Handle cash, card, and digital payments and provide receipts to customers.

- Coordinate with sales staff to confirm items, weights, discounts, and taxes before billing.

- Maintain proper records of daily sales, collections, and billing entries.

- Ensure correct application of gold rates, making charges, GST, and offers.

- Handle billing-related customer queries with politeness and professionalism.

- Assist in inventory checks and reconciliation with invoiced items.





- Maintain cleanliness and order at the billing counter.

- Report billing discrepancies or system issues to management.

- Follow company policies regarding billing security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce or any related field (preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in billing or cashier roles (experience in a jewellery store is a plus).

- Proficient in billing software, MS Excel, and POS systems.

- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

- Positive communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
