Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Experience: 3–7 years in sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area

- Manage and support a team of sales executives/distributors

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and channel partners

- Ensure proper implementation of promotional and marketing activities

- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights

- Ensure timely collections and credit control

- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales team

- Coordinate with the supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams
