Job Title:

Trainer – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Job Timing: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs on manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and workplace safety.

- Create training materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops to enhance employee knowledge.

- Assess training needs by evaluating employee performance and identifying areas for improvement.

- Monitor and track employee progress, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

- Collaborate with department heads to align training objectives with organizational goals.

- Keep up to date with the latest manufacturing techniques, safety protocols, and technological advancements.





- Conduct refresher courses and re-train employees as necessary to maintain high standards.

- Address and resolve training-related challenges, ensuring a productive learning workplace.

- Maintain training records and prepare reports on employee development and training effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a training role within the manufacturing industry.

- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Effective leadership and team-building abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

- Ability to design engaging and effective training programs.

- Proficiency in training assessment and employee performance evaluation.
