The Organic World is a leading retail chain focused on providing organic, healthy, and sustainable products to customers. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and coordinate efficient stock movement and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations:
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure smooth and timely movement of stock within the warehouse.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain efficient storage practices.
Support online and retail store replenishment requirements.
Inventory Management Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock audits.
Track stock aging, damages, near-expiry products, and inventory discrepancies.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for effective inventory management.
Documentation & Reporting Ensure proper inward and outward documentation of goods.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
Team Management Lead and manage warehouse staff effectively.
Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
Coordinate with procurement, stores,
and logistics teams for smooth stock movement.
Safety & Compliance Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Ensure safe handling and storage of materials and products.
Follow established warehouse procedures and operational standards.
Education Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Technical Skills Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong understanding of stock control and inventory processes.
Knowledge of FIFO / FEFO inventory management.
Communication & Management Skills Good communication skills.
Strong team management and coordination skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
