Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, manpower, material movement, loading/unloading, and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward warehouse operations.
- Supervise loading, unloading, storage and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock/inventory records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily work.
- Ensure proper material stacking, identification and storage.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors and internal departments for smooth material movement.
- Maintain GRN, challans, dispatch documents and other warehouse records.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and warehouse MIS reports.
- Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping and 5S standards are followed.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from industrial fuels, petroleum, oil, chemicals, petrochemicals, lubricants, manufacturing, logistics or other industrial sectors are preferred.

Oil/Fuel industry experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–6 years in warehouse/stores/industrial operations.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma preferred; 12th pass candidates with solid relevant experience can also be considered.
- Good knowledge of inventory, dispatch, loading/unloading and manpower handling.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Should be comfortable working in an industrial/plant environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
