Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the Integrated Pack House, Cold Room and Ripening Unit, including receiving, storage, food processing handling and dispatch.

- Maintain inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, stock records, inward/outward documentation, and system updates.

- Monitor cold-room and ripening-unit temperature, humidity and operational parameters and ensure proper product storage conditions.

- Coordinate manpower, loading/unloading, sorting, grading, packing, dispatch and vehicle movement.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics and management teams for timely movement of products.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of fruits, vegetables and other temperature-sensitive products to minimise damage and wastage.

- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline.

- Prepare daily/weekly stock, dispatch, wastage, temperature, and operational reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture/Food Technology/Supply Chain or related fields.

- 3–6 years of experience in cold storage, warehouse, IPH, food processing, FMCG, fruits & vegetables or cold-chain operations.

- Practical knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and temperature-sensitive products.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.

- Strong manpower handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,476.27 - ₹30,211.26 per month
