Job Summary
AiR Institute of Realization is looking for an experienced Purchase cum Warehouse Manager to manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory and day-to-day warehouse operations at Shivoham Shiva Temple, Murugeshpalya.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase, procurement and vendor coordination.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and maintain purchase records.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and material requirements.
- Manage inward/outward materials and warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage and timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate with Accounts on invoices and vendor payments.
- Supervise warehouse staff and prepare purchase/stock reports.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in both purchase and warehouse management.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good at inventory control and maintaining accurate records.
- Responsible, organised and reliable.
- Comfortable working in a temple environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
