Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Manage daily warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and dispatch.

- Ensure optimal space utilization, FIFO implementation, and high housekeeping standards (5S).

- Monitor material movement and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Inventory & SAP Management

- Perform SAP transactions: GRN, stock transfer, delivery creation, inventory updates, and reports.

- Ensure 100% accuracy between physical and SAP stock.

- Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and investigate variances.

- Maintain all documentation in SAP for audit and compliance.

Inbound & Outbound Coordination

- Plan dispatches as per sales requirements and coordinate with transporters.

- Ensure correct documentation (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan).

- Supervise unloading/loading activities ensuring correct quantities and safety.

Team & Process Management





- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks.

- Train team on SAP transactions, safety practices, and SOP adherence.

- Monitor performance KPIs: picking accuracy, OTIF, inventory accuracy.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

- Inspect MHEs (forklifts, pallet jacks) and enforce PPE usage.

- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust SAP knowledge (mandatory) MM Module preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, MIS reporting).

- Strong understanding of warehouse processes & inventory management.

- Leadership, planning, and communication skills.
