Warehouse Manager Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Company: Eyantram Waste Management (P) Ltd About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in Santoshpur. The role will be responsible for managing warehouse staff and technical personnel, monitoring productivity, maintaining accurate stock and inward/outward records, ensuring facility administration, and implementing standardized SOPs for storage, refurbishing, and recycling activities.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage seamless day-to-day operations of the Eyantram warehouse facility in Santoshpur.

- Ensure adequate hiring, onboarding, and training of warehouse labourers and operations executives.
- Supervise warehouse labourers and technical staff and monitor their daily productivity and performance.
- Ensure accurate stock reporting, inventory records, and regular reconciliation of warehouse materials.
- Ensure proper documentation and records for all inward and outward movement of materials.
- Manage warehouse administration, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall facility discipline.
- Develop and implement standardized SOPs for warehouse storage, material handling, refurbishing, and items designated for recycling.




- Ensure proper segregation, storage, and handling of materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Lifting In-charge on days when lifting activities are carried out at the warehouse and monitor their productivity.
- Prepare and share regular operational and productivity reports with management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications &

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or related sectors.
- Experience in managing warehouse teams, labour, and technical personnel.
- Strong understanding of inventory, documentation, and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems preferred.
- Robust leadership, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in recycling, e-waste, reverse logistics, or environmental services preferred.
