Role Description The Warehouse Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming luxury products, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper storage. Daily tasks include packing and dispatching orders, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse, and coordinating with customer service and operations teams to support timely deliveries.

Executive will also monitor stock levels, assist with stock audits, and help implement warehouse processes that protect product quality and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong warehouse operations skills, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
- Hands-on experience with Packing and handling delicate or high-value products.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support a smooth order experience.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow defined processes and quality standards.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using inventory or warehouse software.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
