Position: Warehouse Executive

Location: Madhyamgram, Kolkata

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Industry: Warehouse / Trading / Distribution

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Receive, check and store incoming materials properly.
- Maintain accurate stock/inventory records.
- Prepare and check inward & outward material entries.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales and Delivery teams.
- Ensure proper packing, dispatch and loading of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock checking and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
- Ensure proper arrangement and safety of materials inside the warehouse.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and warehouse reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Higher Secondary preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.




- Basic knowledge of Inventory & Stock Management.
- Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
- Candidate should be comfortable working at Madhyamgram.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
