Core Duties

1. Transportation & Logistics Management

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily transportation operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouse teams.

2. Fleet Management

- Oversee company-owned or third-party transport vehicles.
- Schedule maintenance and ensure vehicle safety compliance.

3. Team Leadership

- Supervise drivers, transport coordinators, and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Assign supervisor and vehicle coordinator shift timings

4. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure documentation is up to date with help of team (permits, insurance, licenses).




- Ensure PODs and Lorry Receipts have proper recevied seals and signature of authorities

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Manage relationships with market vehicle providers.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and supply chain teams.

6. Cost Control & Reporting

- Track transportation KPIs (cost per delivery, on-time delivery rate) to keep transportation costs reasonable.
- Prepare reports on performance and suggest improvements.
- Control budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

7. Problem Solving

- Handle delivery delays, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
- Implement contingency plans to avoid disruptions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
