Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and investment objectives.

- Explain real estate projects, including property details, pricing, payment plans, amenities and location benefits.

- Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget and requirements.

- Generate quality leads and identify potential buyers.

- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handover and conversion.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with 02 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Pre-Sales or Real Estate are preferred.





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Good convincing, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/CRM.

- Candidates who are interested in building a career in Real Estate Sales will be preferred
