Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound communication in regional languages (Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam).

- Assist customers, manage debt resolution accounts, and handle customer service/collections queries.

- Maintain accurate call logs and status updates in CredResolve's system.

- Achieve daily operational metrics and performance targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Debt Collection.

- Languages: Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam (written and spoken) along with working knowledge of English/Telugu.

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Skills: Positive communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
