We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and willing to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
- Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
- Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
- Language: Hindi (Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Advantages:

- CTC: Up to 23,000
- Fixed Surcharge: 2,000
