Role & responsibilities

- Assess patients nursing needs and provide appropriate nursing care.

- Monitor and record patients vital signs and clinical condition.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.

- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency care.

- Maintain proper infection-control and hygiene practices.

- Ensure secure handling and administration of medications.

- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.

- Maintain ward cleanliness, safety, and proper nursing equipment.

- Report any change in the patients condition promptly to the doctor/Ward In-charge.

- Follow hospital protocols, nursing standards, and patient-safety guidelines.





- Participate in shift handovers and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.

- Handle emergency situations appropriately and provide first aid/CPR as required.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Valid nursing registration.

- Good clinical and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.

- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
