Job Summary

We are looking for Interior Designers / Senior Interior Designers with strong experience in large-scale turnkey commercial interior projects and corporate office spaces. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of commercial interior design, project execution, BOQ, material selection, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop concepts for commercial and corporate office projects.
- Prepare layouts, detailed working drawings, design presentations, and design documentation.
- Have a strong understanding of BOQ, quantity requirements, specifications, and project costing.
- Handle client communication, presentations, meetings, and design discussions.
- Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements.




- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure proper implementation of design intent.
- Review drawings, materials, samples, and execution details.
- Manage multiple stages of large-scale turnkey projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design.
- Robust experience in turnkey commercial projects and corporate offices.
- Excellent understanding of large-scale commercial interior projects and execution.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, materials, finishes, detailing, and site execution.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, design sense, and ability to work within project timelines.
