Job Title: Retail Sales Officer Taneira by Titan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Officer for Taneira. The candidate will be responsible for providing a premium shopping experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting sarees, ethnic wear, apparel and accessories.
- Explain product details, fabrics, craftsmanship, designs and pricing.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on recent collections.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock checking, replenishment and inventory management.
- Handle billing,



POS transactions and customer queries.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support daily store operations and promotional activities.

Candidate Profile:

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 13 years of experience in retail, fashion, ethnic wear, sarees or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Passion for Indian fashion, textiles and traditional craftsmanship.
- Well-groomed and confident personality.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
