Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked products.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
- Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, and decorations for pastry items.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen at all times.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients according to food safety standards.
- Support the Pastry Chef in daily production and kitchen operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Commis or in a similar pastry/bakery role.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or bakery production is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
