We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the JD.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary/CTC and discuss notice period with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring status.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
