1. In-house Litigation Profile, with limited Court appearances focused on effective hearings only.

2. Drafting of suits, written statements, replies, legal notices, appeals, revisions, writ petitions and other miscellaneous applications.

3. Ready and capable of working in a paperless environment.

4. Direct interaction with clients through Outlook Email.

5. The candidate must possess valuable drafting skills.

6. The candidate must be well-organized and capable of effective case management.

7. The candidate must have good command over computers and basic applications.

8. The candidate must be proactive, punctual and committed to meeting deadlines and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

1.



Law Graduate and registered with any State Bar Council

2. Up to 4 years of experience in In-house Litigation Profile

3. Freshers may also apply

4. Good drafting skills

5. Good communication skills

6. Well-versed with MS Office [ MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook Email]
