Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the companys computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applications.

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.

- Maintain and monitor CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and other electronic/IT infrastructure.

- Manage company email accounts, user access, passwords, and basic IT security.

- Perform regular data backup and ensure the security and availability of key company data.

- Maintain proper records of IT assets, software licenses, equipment, and accessories.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for repairs, AMC, internet, software, and technical support.

- Ensure antivirus, operating systems, and essential software are updated regularly.

- Support employees with Microsoft Office, Excel, email, printing, scanning, and other routine applications.

- Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and service/maintenance reports.





- Implement basic IT security practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 13 years of relevant experience as an IT Executive / IT Support / System Administrator.

- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Excel, email, hardware, and networking.

- Practical knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, printers, and CCTV systems.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems independently.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely technical support.

- Basic knowledge of data backup and IT security.

- Willingness to travel to project/site locations whenever required.

- Candidates with experience in construction/infrastructure/project-based companies will be preferred.
