Certed Technologies is hiring dynamic, goal-oriented Full-Time Admission Counselors & Telecallers to join our team at the Gwalior (Pinto Park) office!

If you have a strong background in student counseling, course guidance, and managing admissions across various technical, degree, and professional programs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding suitable courses, degree programs, and career pathways.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to guide applicants through the admission process.
- Maintain student query records and provide timely follow-ups to drive enrollments.
- Deliver accurate information about course structures, eligibility, and program benefits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: Prior experience in student admissions, educational counseling,



or tele-calling is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
- Role Type: On-site, Full time position.
