Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by following process guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
