Job Type: Full-Time A reputed Interior Fit-Out & Construction Company in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Interior Design Engineer for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for professionals with expertise in interior design, fit-out execution, and project coordination.

Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and site teams for project execution.
- Supervise interior fit-out works including ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, painting, lighting, and finishing works.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.





Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, commercial, or luxury residential interior projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in hospitality or resort interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
