Key Responsibilities: Assist in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems. Support the Mechanical Maintenance team in day-to-day plant activities. Gain hands-on exposure to pumps, compressors, turbines, boilers, gearboxes, conveyors and other plant machinery. Assist in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities. Support troubleshooting and identification of mechanical faults. Monitor equipment performance and assist in maintaining operational efficiency. Assist in inspection, servicing and maintenance of plant equipment. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards. Maintain necessary maintenance records, reports and documentation. Coordinate with various departments for smooth plant operations. Learn and understand industrial processes, equipment and maintenance practices. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Training & Development: Selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training and will get practical exposure to industrial operations, mechanical maintenance, safety practices and plant systems.
