Barista

Experience: 01 Year | Freshers can apply | Full Time- Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee, beverages and food as per standard recipes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and caf experience.
- Handle billing, orders and customer queries.
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Support inventory management and daily store operations.
- Work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

Shift Manager Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day caf operations during the shift.
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team.
- Drive sales, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene and SOP compliance.
- Manage cash handling, inventory and shift closing.




- Handle customer escalations and team deployment.
- Support training and development of team members.

Store Manager

Experience: 36 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall store operations, sales and profitability.
- Lead, manage and develop the store team.
- Drive customer experience and business performance.
- Manage manpower, inventory, cash and operational costs.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, safety and SOP compliance.
- Analyse store performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Handle customer escalations and team development.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and support functions.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Caf / QSR / Hospitality / Retail preferred.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
