Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls for international clients.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver professional and effective customer service.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Meet defined productivity and performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when required.

Required:

- Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.




- Experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Solid verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling international customer calls.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts based on business requirements.
