We are hiring agile individuals to join one of the Customer Service team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer queries, providing product/service assistance, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Basic computer knowledge, typing ability, and an active listening mindset.
- Age Limit: Max. 30
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi Both.

1. Sector 144 Noida - UG with 1 Year International Voice Experience
2. Sector 127 Noida - Any UG Fresher / Experience (Tech. Graduates not eligible)
3. Sector 60 Noida - Any Graduate with 1 Year BPO Voice Experience
4. Sector 62 & 63 Noida - Any UG Fresher / Experience

2. Sector 19 Gurugram - Any Graduate Fresher OR UG with 6 Months Experience

- Sector 144 Noida - Up to 36k CTC + TA
- Sector 127 Noida - 17.5k CTC - 21k CTC
- Sector 60 Noida - Up to 30k CTC
- Sector 62 Noida - 15k to 24k CTC
- Sector 63 Noida - 19k to 23k CTC

- Sector 18 Gurugram - 23k CTC - 26k CTC




- Sector 19 Gurugram - 24k CTC - 28k CTC + Cab Facility Subject to Hiring Zone
- Sector 20 Gurugram - 13k - 24k CTC

Shivaji Nagar: -

- Fresher: 21k CTC - 22k CTC, 16k - 17k In-hand + Quarterly Bonus
- Experience: Up to 25k CTC, 20k In-hand + Quarterly Bonus

Kudlu Gate: -

- Fresher: 21k CTC, 16k In-hand + Quarterly Bonus
- Experience: Max. 22k CTC, 17k In-hand + Quarterly Bonus

Salary without PF & ESI (Apprenticeship)

- Shivaji Nagar: - Up to 19k - 21k In-hand
- Kudlu Gate: - Up to 19k - 20k In-hand

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution metrics.
- Record interaction details accurately in the internal database/CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Walk-In Interview Details

- Monday to Friday: Between 11:00 - 01:00 PM (Reporting Time).
- Carry you Aadhaar card (Original & Copy), Updated Resume and 2 Passport size photos.
