We are hiring for International Voice Processes. We have open positions across two dedicated tracks: AML/KYC Voice Operations and International Customer Support Voice (query resolution and inbound/outbound client assistance).
Process || Qualification || Experience
1. AML/KYC - Any UG - Min. 1 Year in AML/KYC Voice Operation.
2. Customer Support - Any UG - Min. 6 Months in Customer Handling.
Salary:
- AML/KYC - Up to 3.70 LPA/CTC
- Customer Support - Up to 4.00 LPA/CTC
Deductions From CTC - As Per Market Standards. Age Limit: Max. 30
Cab Facility: In odd-hour shifts within transport boundaries.
Work Culture: 5-day working week with 2 rotational days off.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Fluency in English: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and robust sentence structure.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational 24/7 shifts and rotational week-offs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support
- Handle customer calls for international clients.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
- Resolve queries while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
1. AML / KYC
- Conduct outbound/inbound verification calls with global customers to gather missing KYC documentation and clarify account details.
- Perform risk-based customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) through direct telephone interactions.
- Explain regulatory compliance requirements clearly to international clients and collect necessary financial declarations.
- Making decisions to approve, decline, or escalate suspicious activities.
Walk-In Interview Details
- Monday to Friday: Between 12:30 - 02:00 PM (Reporting Time).
- Carry you Aadhaar card (Original & Copy), Updated Resume and 2 Passport size photos.
