Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Senior Executive / Team Lead for Client Relationship Management (CRM). In this role, you will manage insurer and client relationships, oversee daily operations, track claims processes, and lead a team to deliver timely query resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Insurer & Client Relationship Management:
- Prepare weekly/monthly internal reconciliation reports and daily annexures.
- Conduct weekly visits to insurer branch offices (e.g., SBIG) to build relationships and resolve open issues.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with key SPOCs, regional agents, and internal stakeholders (Enrollment, Claims, Investigation, Accounts).
- Operations & Team Handling:
- Lead and mentor the CRM team, track daily queries, and oversee output reports.




- Manage query allocations, error logs, and ensure strict adherence to Turnaround Times (TAT).
- Coordinate claim registration, payment re-openings (SCR), cashless pre-authorizations, and payment failure resolution.
- Customer Servicing & Escalation:
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and grievance redressals.
- Assist customers and agents with cashless/reimbursement queries, deduction explanations, and document submissions (including regional language coordination).
- Manage regional communications and active operational query groups.

Requirements & Skills

- Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Prior experience in TPA, Health Insurance, or Claims Management.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client and branch visits.
