Job Type: Full-Time A reputed Restaurant in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Assistant Head Chef for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for culinary professionals with robust leadership skills and extensive experience in restaurant kitchen operations.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: USD 650–700/month
- Service Charge: USD 100–200/month
- Catering Bonus: Additional performance-based bonus

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Lead and guide the kitchen team during service hours.
- Prepare Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other restaurant menu items as required.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation,



and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
- Support menu planning, recipe standardization, and catering operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in restaurant kitchen operations.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Head Chef is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume restaurant and catering services.
- Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory management.

Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with international restaurant or hospitality experience will have an added advantage.
