Manage IQC, IPQC, OQC, SQA, customer complaints, warranty, 8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, audits, and Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma initiatives. Monitor PPM, COPQ, warranty, and rejection KPIs. Solid knowledge of SMT, PCB Assembly, LED lighting, and electronic testing with OEM experience (HMCL, TVS, Bajaj, Suzuki, Yamaha). Six Sigma and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certifications preferred.
