Key Responsibilities

- Manage dealers, distributors and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through dealer development and market expansion.
- Develop current dealers and strengthen existing channel relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and product movement.
- Ensure product availability and support dealer/retailer requirements.
- Conduct market visits and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders and influencers.

Pipes & Fittings, Paints, Sanitaryware, Electrical, Plywood, Laminates, Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals, CP Bathroom Fittings, Roofing, Glass, Facade, Putty, Water Tanks, Fevicol, Pidilite.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 8 years of experience in channel sales / dealer sales.
- Must have worked as Onroll Employee
- Experience in construction/building-material products preferred.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and territory knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
