Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Verify patient insurance and billing information.
- Resolve claim-related issues and secure maximum reimbursement.
- Update claim details accurately in the system.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain professional communication with US healthcare insurance representatives.

- Good English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
