Job Summary
- Execute day-to-day vulnerability scanning and endpoint security operations
- Operate under guidance of an in office SME
- Focus on scan execution, endpoint visibility, asset accuracy, and operational consistency

Key Responsibilities
Scanning & Endpoint Operations
- Execute scheduled Tenable vulnerability and discovery scans
- Support operational monitoring of CrowdStrike Falcon
- Ensure authenticated scans and endpoint coverage
Asset Management
- Maintain accurate asset inventories across Tenable and CrowdStrike
- Reconcile endpoint data with client asset sources
- Support discovery scans and escalate unknown assets
Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot scan failures and endpoint agent issues
- Coordinate with asset owners for remediation
- Escalate unresolved issues to the SME
Documentation & Process
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
- Update checklists for recurring tasks
- Provide inputs for vulnerability and operational reporting
Operational Support
- Provide ongoing support to the vulnerability management program
- Maintain scanning schedules and SLA adherence
Required Skills &
Experience (Mandatory)
- 5–6 years in cybersecurity or infrastructure operations
- Hands-on experience with Tenable
- Working knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon
- Strong networking and OS fundamentals
- Experience troubleshooting authentication and connectivity issues
- Basic scripting/automation (Python or PowerShell preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
Preferred Qualifications
- Security certifications (Security+, CEH, or similar)
- Exposure to cloud environments
- Experience in managed services setups
