Role Overview

Hiring Telecallers for a leading Life Insurance company. The candidate will connect with loan customers and explain the importance of loan protection insurance. The role includes both inbound and outbound calling.

Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Explain loan protection insurance perks.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and achieve targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred.

Language Requirement

Candidate must know:
- Any one South Indian language:
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Tamil

- Hindi & English are mandatory.

Other Details

- Contract role for 11 months.
- Based on performance, continuation opportunity will be provided.
