Hiring: VP / AVP – Land Procurement | Kannada Mandatory | Karnataka Real Estate Experience Mandatory

We are hiring an experienced VP/AVP – Land Procurement with 15–18+ years of experience in reputed real estate companies and strong expertise in land acquisition/procurement across Bengaluru and Karnataka. Kannada speaking is mandatory, along with a strong local network of landowners, brokers, and stakeholders.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in land sourcing, market analysis, valuation, feasibility, commercial negotiations, deal closures, funding/project viability, legal due diligence, and government liaisoning. Solid knowledge of Tippani, RTC, EC, Mutation, Khata, Conversion, Survey Sketch, Registration, and prevailing land prices is required. Candidates from leading real estate developers/competitors with the ability to independently manage end-to-end land acquisition are highly preferred.
